If the machine is returned dirty or not fully working, a $100 fee will apply to cover cleaning or repairs.

To reserve your date, we ask for full payment at the time of booking.

If you cancel more than 3 days before your event, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 3 days of your event, $15 of your payment will be kept as a non-refundable deposit, and the rest will be refunded.
